# 2. Collection and storage of personal data

When you visit our website, information of a general nature is collected automatically. This information (server log files) includes, for example, the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your internet service provider, your IP address and similar data.

It is processed in particular for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring a smooth connection to the website
  • Ensuring the convenient use of our website
  • Evaluating system security and stability
  • Further administrative purposes

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes for data collection listed above.

# 3. Contacting us

If you contact us (for example via contact form, email or phone), your details are processed to handle the request and its execution in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

Your information may be stored in a customer relationship management system ("CRM system") or a comparable inquiry organization.

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. For the personal data entered in the contact form and data sent by email, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended.

You have the following rights with regard to the personal data concerning you:

  • Art. 17 GDPR — Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding our processing of your personal data.

# 5. Cookies

Our website uses so-called "cookies". These are small text files stored on your device. Some of the cookies we use are technically necessary (for example to save your cookie settings). Other cookies are used for analytics or personalization purposes and are only set with your explicit consent.

You can adjust or revoke your cookie settings at any time via our consent management tool. The legal basis for technically necessary cookies is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR; for all other cookies, Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent) applies.

# 6. External services and third parties

Google Fonts: We use Google Fonts for the uniform display of fonts. When you access a page, your browser loads the required fonts into its cache. For this purpose, the browser you use must connect to Google's servers. As a result, Google becomes aware that our website was accessed via your IP address. Google Fonts are used on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

Tailwind CSS CDN: We load the Tailwind CSS framework via a content delivery network (CDN). Your IP address is transmitted to the CDN provider in the process. This use is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

This privacy policy is currently valid and reflects the status of April 2026.

Further development of our website or changes to statutory or regulatory requirements may make it necessary to amend this privacy policy.
